BAD SERVICE

This past few months there were no getting hold of anyone to talk to, call centre were unavailable the whole lockdown through.

We were wanting to cancel the directory services from March 2020.

Due to the lockdown the business had a bad knock financially and we cannot afford the services at all.

The end of June beginning of July (don’t know the exact date) finally someone answered the phone and said the services are cancelled.

A lady spoke and gave this reference number: 159347.

Just to find out the services was never cancelled. BAD BAD service!!!!!!
