Bad and poor service by trudon

People must be aware of trudon. I did not see a representative since last year january 2020. They have out of their own acvord just sign me up for this year. I have cancelled my subscription in march 2020 because of bad service. Today when i spoke to a representative again she told me that i cancel. They have messed up my Telkom account an now i cannot get any service from telkom. I had to cancel my number which i had for 23years. This is so bad. If somebody of trudon would have followed up they would have realised that we do not have a telkom line anymore because of them. My question is that ig my add is in the new books what number are they going to use as i have not signed on the new number. I am passed gatvol for trudon. Something must be done about them.
