Arrogance despite epitome of incompetence

R1300 debited to my telephone account for servicers I didn't want. I visited Telkom, who advised I should contact Trudon. I phoned, no answer. I sent an email, after a week no results. Visited Telkom again, told them they debited my account, they fix it. They logged a "dispute", was going to sent me the "case number", 4 hours later still nothing.

Then .... Sunday in Rapport Trudon boasting about collecting R40M just like that....................Where is this country going?

The reply from Trudon is obviously a standard / recurring one. This makes it impersonal and ****.
There is an error in the second sentence. The word "at" should appear in front of "Trudon".
With regards to my first sentence:
- Why didn't Trudon respond to my email of 10 October if they want to offer "best service and treatment" to customers? All I got was a "we received your query" signed by Ndaba Nkomo General Manager, Customer Fulfilment
- What does Trudon mean by "as soon as possible" and "sincerest apologies" - it doesn't make sense if you read the article in Rapport?
I suppose time will tell............
