Threatened to switch the line off if we didn't pay immediately because the schedule set at disconnecting our line would have been within 45 minutes of the time I was on the phone with her.

I am sorry, but there is no contractual evidence of us being subscripted to you and I demand proof thereof. If none, a letter of apology for wasting my time will be appreciated.
