Additional items added for billing without authorisation

<p>BIG was the suprise to received the latest telephone account with Directory Entries listed never agreed on before! Enquiring about the entries I was referred to TRUDON on tel no ********** 569. I phoned the company and spoke to Lee - I was advised that some of the entries can be cancelled by giving one months notice!!! For items I never agreed to!!! Making a differance of R 588.00 on the account! never want to hear from this company again! Please be aware of them - that is my experience -</p>
