Our business have not entered into a contract with Trudon. They handed a "supposed" debt over for collection to Nudebt. Nudebt contacted a family member by sms. This family member phoned the number provided and was told that our company is blacklisted. What about the POPIA act? The family member informed us, and on contacting Nudebt we found out that it is for monies owed to Trudon.

The telephone number of Trudon is not answered, none of their e-mails as advertised work. On my third attempt at Nudebt, I got an e-mail address of a person at Nudebt - that e-mail also was not deliverable.

This is a bunch of *******. Same to be said for Nudebt, who also is unable to supply any documentation, but demands payment.
