Failed to deliver and now wont refund

Please do not use this supplier , she failed to deliver items that I ordered last year in October and now refuses to refund me. I have even logged a complaint with the tribunal and she has been unresponsive, I believe she has even blocked me. Terrible customer service , I would be very worried about the quality as well if this is how she treats her customers.
