12hours is not on we don't rest at all

This company is treating their stuff so unfair 1.no equal rights 2.long hours low wages 3.they don't care about employees dafety 4.its a no work no pay company, meaning there's no basic, wherelse, if you don't go to work they deduct more than you rate per day 5.on holiday you earn normal rate not as over time 6.how can you work for R2800 per fortnight and working for 12hours per day and there is no nightshift allowance
