Trucknet 24

Furniture moved from Mosselbay to Pretoria. Truck was dirty,full of ground. Was not on time for pick up or delivery. In Pretoria truck run out of petrol on highway. Deon told me the shuttle will go and get my furniture. I was furious say that my furniture will not be off load in the middle of nowhere. Furniture was bump,scratch and boxes teared. Washmachine missing one ***** in footrest. Later footrest was discovered by Lukas the driver and he told me he know the ***** is out he thought they did give me ***** when they offload. After many communication Deon Beneke ask my banking details to reward me with R2000 as i ask although damage is more. That was on 30th March 2021. I have the proof of the communication. Up till today 14th April 2021 i did not receive any money. Deon Beneke do not answer my phone calls neither respond on my sms. Worst company. I would never recommend anybody to make use of Trucknet 24. I have also lodge a complaint at the ombudsman
