Poor service from truck dealer

I found a good deal for a Nissan mechanical horse on Gumtree. I contacted their offices and spoke to Gerald . My Manager Yugen did a deposit and flew from Durban to Jhb .

The service was pathetic . Gerald promised a mechanic to accompany truck to Durban and that did not happen . Yugan had to fend for himself . Eventually truck was started and left from Boksburgh to Durban , En route passing Wardens the truck engine switched off . The truck was towed to Tongaat KZN (Cost of 15k)

Independent RMI mechanic concluded that engine had packed up. > We informed them of breakdown they promised that they will send a mechanic but nothing happened !

I sent mails and SMS but No contact from Gerald or Kuben either by emails /SMS or phone . They did not even bothering to assist in any way .

Yugen went back to Boksburgh but still no direction or any assistance .

Yugen bought another engine and sent them an invoice still no reply !

Guys beware that it is not easy find honorable dealers who abide by the Customer Consumer Act . Yugen and I are left to sort out the truck ourselves . This dealer did not care at all!

If you want to purchase a truck or trailer from them do your homework properly ! I will never deal with them again . Thank you
