Can Truck and Car Body Repairs please fix my car properly???

I am highly disappointed with this company, especially with the man in charge, Mike Costa, who is the friendliest man on the telephone but does not follow through on his promises. My car went in for repairs, referred by King Price,my insurer in Feb 2017. They then lost my keys, which had to be replaced, at their cost. After repairs to my boot, i realised water was leaking into the car and it was a struggle to get my car taken in again. This was then done finally in March 2018 but that also went with a lot of drama. When i received my car back, the window was not properly aligned and the workmanship was very shoddy, like my car had been to a corner s****yard. I took pictures and emailed them to Mike and he promised to personally handle the matter. Two months later, i still hadn't heard from him. I drove there without an appointment on Wednesday the 9th and he could'nt remember me. After explaining my dilemma again, Mike promised to send his driver either Monday or Tuesday (today) to collect my car and hand me a courtesey car, which i will then drop off in the afternoon. He also promised to polish my car and remove scratches as courtesy for the trouble.. I am still waiting for his call and I doubt i will ever hear from him, which is unfortunate as Insurance companies continue to send business his way and there are no repercussions.

All i want is my car to be properly aligned as King Price has definately paid for those services.The workmanship is guaranteed for three years but it's not even done right the first time... I am at my wits end!!!
