Terrible Service, Will never recommend to anyone!!!

<p>Someone at my work purchased a stand from Trucella Angling and brought it in to show me. I was really impressed with the quality so I phoned Johan Marx who was the point of contact to purchase the stand. He informed me that they did not have stock of the stand but was getting some in the next week and informed me that I was number 4 on the list so I would receive it then. That week went past and I received no call about my stand. So, that Saturday I sent him an sms which he did not reply. I phoned him on Monday and he came with excuses that he hasn’t heard from the factory and would contact them and come back to me. This carried on for 3 weeks, eventually he wasn’t answering my calls or returning my voice messages. I then got the office number from my work colleague and spoke to a lady there (won’t disclose her name). She was helpful and said that she was in comms with Johan and that all was good, I would receive my stand on Friday. On Friday at 11:00 I phoned the office number and asked when I can expect delivery that day so that I could organize with our security, she informed me that she wasn’t sure but Johan was standing next to her so I must ask him. She handed the phone to Johan and he told me that he was supposed to go to the factory on Thursday but he was at a golf day. He then said that he was going on that day to the factory but I wouldn’t receive it, only the next week. The following week I heard nothing AGAIN, so I sent an email on Wednesday to the lady saying that if I don’t hear from them by Friday, they can go ahead and cancel my order, which I assume was done because I never heard anything else from them.</p> <p>Terrible service, I won’t even buy Trucella Dips because of this.</p> <p>If you need a Stainless-Steel Stand, go to G2 Industries. Much more helpful and better service!!!</p>
