Trucco Styling Beauty "Experts"

Using Trucco Beauty Experts (Trucco Styling) for my bridal and bridal party hair and makeup is the biggest regret from my wedding.

They refused to travel to the venue, which was agreed upon and paid for, due to the national shutdown on 20 March 2023. As any bride would know, this completely ruins your timeline and gives you additional stress. We offered to have them picked up and driven to the venue, which was also refused even though it was completely safe on the roads that day.

We ended up having to drive to their studio, I informed them that I would like my travel which I paid them to be reimbursed and they agreed. It has been over a month of waiting and following up regarding the reimbur*****t and it has still not been paid back to me.

They are quick to request your money and proof of payments from you, but when it comes to refunding you for a service not provided, then you get empty promises and eventually just ignored.

They are completely unprofessional and do not know how to deal with customers and run their small business.

We did not receive touch-up kits as was stated on our timeline provided by them. They do not use long lasting make-up products. The look and feel of their false lashes is cheap and not durable. Last but not least, the same mascara wand was used for each person that day, they do not follow professional make-up hygiene protocols.

Highly DO NOT recommend using these “beauty experts” for any event.
