LACK OF SERVICE

I got in touch with a saleslady for installation for air con units on the 01 November 2022. She called me with a price that I was happy with and I asked her to email me the quote, the next day she sends out a message stating that she has to send a technician out to ascertain the cabling situation ( clearly she prematurely quoted me), the tech came out on the 03 November 2022 & from this point I begged, messaged, SHE READ ALL OF MY MESSAGES AND DID NOT RESPOND. I then called the company, a lady took my details and told me she will get someone to contact me, one week with no coms from them, I then called today, 16 November to ask what happened and the lady who took the last call told me that she is not allowed to give out details of the owner AFTER I REALIZED SHE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN ASSISTING ME. My call was then cut, I called back and there was no greeting, GOSH, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL, after a bit, I could hear the lady say that there's an upset person on the phone, how she knew this ( from my number, I take it, but with no greeting, wow, ) a draftsman came on the phone, I stated that I was upset & cut the call.

I then messaged the saleslady and told her she has no business sense etc, as I am extremely annoyed at the delay at this late stage of the year. She then states that she has received instructions to forward the quote through now, how convenient I say, only because I mentioned I will be taking this to social media. She then apologized for the inconvenience stating that my quote was complicated, which in fact, it is not and even if it were, they are supposed specialists. I refuse to deal with this company, They have a bunch of people working for them that clearly has no sense of service. Highly disappointed. Their website is non existent and I do not have an email address for them. I will be posting this review on google where their business is advertised.
