Uneducated, disrespectful guards

Do not hire this company to protect your complex. Their guards at Telford Court have no manners, cannot speak english, and do not have a register of who leaves/enters the complex - even though I am a resident, I have to wait 5mins before the guard sees my face and opens the gate. Absolutely, horrid service considering that if you're dying at home, the ambulance won't be able to get you. This company does not train their guards and they have no process - the number for the guards continuously changed and you will only find out when you try to phone them and cannot get through.
