TRSS Bullying

<p>I recently moved into a house and TRSS was prevalent in the area. I got details from a my agent and got hold of the sale rep called Charles.</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed the contract and he said if we were not happy we could cancel in 30 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested several additional security features to be installed at my home by Charles but he never got back to after me following up with him. The fact that he could not get back to me with the necessary quotes left holes in my security systems and put myself and family at risk. After a month of no feedback and follow-up calls and 'opps I will get back to you', I gave my notice of cancelation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told Charles of this and he said he would notify the accounts department. This was the last I heard about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then found another security company and went with them. They installed the additional security systems shortly after my request and have provided great service so far.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now Lillian Dube the account department is not letting me cancel my contract after the 30 days notice. I told her the story and that I am cancelling the contract based on what Charles told us. She called me a few days later asking me that if I do not cancel they will give me two free months.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I get a "formal letter" from them saying my cancelation is rejected.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please note TRSS sells their services with promise of good service and say if you are not happy you can cancel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am tired of their constant backwards and forwards and bullying of their customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please think twice before signing with them and do not believe what their sales reps say as it is obviously lies.</p> <p> </p>
