Payments for nothing

<p>I recently decided to cancel my service with TRSS on the 14th Dec 2016. I called they confirmed my service for armed response would be cancelled. I received a call from the same accounts officer on that day asking why I am cancelling. I told her, was because I did not receive service , and I don't have radio. and they don't patrol at all in our area. I then saw they debited me again for January 2017. I then phoned on the 5th January 2017. I asked them what I must do to cancel this service. I was again told my service was going to be cancelled. On 6th February 2017, they debited me again, and then I sent an email to aks why? when I had cancelled the service. They then rejected my cancellation, and told me they provide an excellent service, and that I must pay till the end of my contract. And that i am liable also for radio fees, for a radio which i don't have. I told them it is ******* to charge me for something that I did not receive. Also there is no consequential loss for either party here. </p>
