Pathetic customer service from TRSS

I would honestly not recommend TRSS as a armed response, been with TRSS only for 2 months and already a lot of problems and promises too fix the problems yet nothing has been done.

I have requested to cancel my subscription and again the accounts team are not delivering what I want.
