Extremely disappointed so to be ex-client

Extremely disappointing service from TRSS! They do not respond to panic or alarm activation. When asked to patrol your house due to a potential threat, they fail to do so. My Property was broken into three times while under the watchful eyes of TRSS. Poor reaction times and when they do respond they are no help.

They increase premiums without notice and fail to provide any service. Telephone lines are constantly offline and you cannot contact them.

DO NOT rely on them for your security.
