Do not hire this company to protect your complex. Their guards at phoenix view estate have no manners, cannot speak english, and do not have name tags. - I came to drop my girlfriend around 2am from a gig and they refused her to go in because she forgot her tag, like what bull**** is that. 😡. When we dail the gate to open it did open, then they still refused her to go in. Absolutely, horrid service considering that if you're dying at home, the ambulance won't be able to get you. This company does not train their guards and they have no process they have useless guards and very disrespectful. On top of that I told them it’s late and not safe and they said “we don’t care you can see what you want to do” like what bull**** is that.
