TRSA SWIMKZN MUSGRAVE DURBAN

I have such a bad experience with TRSA Musgrave, they want me to pay for lessons that I did not take. During the month of December & January I did not take any lessons and I informed them in writing that I am taking a break and they still want to pay for a service that was not provided to me. I have had to deal with multiple people within their company and I have no idea exactly who is in charge of their Administration. They have failed to give me answers when I asked them why was I never informed that I will be liable for fees even when I do not attend. During the month of November I did not take all my lessons because of the weather issues and the other day the instructor was sick, nobody bothered to make arrangements for those lessons. This is so unprofessional, & how does this company operate?
