Don't sign up for Trovit Homes Alerts

I signed up with Trovit Home's alerts as I was trying to find my son a flat. I tried to cancel the alert 5 times and followed prescribed procedure but to no avail. I have sent them an email asking them to refrain from emailing me and to cancel the alerts but have had no response and I am STIL getting up to five email alerts per day!!
