Bad attitude of agent (Trovit Springs)

On the 19/11/2015 I saw an advert of 2 bed-roomed house available for rental through Trovit website, I then contacted the number *** which didn't have a name. I asked which side of Payneville is the house available for rental eg street name and house number. The furious agent said she doesnt know where is the place I then asked her to direct me she shouted at me that its somewhere near mabokoboko street in payneville i asked why are you screaming she responded that she doesnt know the place and she hang up the call. I texted her that she has a bad attitude it is not the right way to talk with clients. She used the f word stating that she has her own house I should go to hell. I have the messages on my phone which she continued swearing at me even about my mom who is late. I will appreciate if she got disciplined accordingly
