Non delivery on promises made, no communication

Pieter started out really well, offering several solutions for recovering a lawn. I selected a 3 month treatment plan - he would visit the lawn once a month to feed and do **** control, and would provide guidance and advice on watering, and a monthly newsletter. He also agreed to do maintenance and suggest improvements to an irrigation system. He made the first visit, and looked at the irrigation. We had to remind him about the second visit (1 month late), and virtually beg him to do the third (2 months late). None of the promised advice, guidance or newsletters were ever received, he didn't do the irrigation maintenance or proposal, I got no replies to emails, he didn't answer or return my calls. Eventually he responded to WhatsApp: more promises of advice and proposals via email - which never materialised. In the end I instructed him to fulfill the final visit, which he eventually did - all of about 10 minutes worth of spraying, no advice etc. Definitely not value for money, he did not stick to his commitment, was almost impossible to get hold of once paid, a 3 month program became a 6 month ordeal, with very little to show for it except an empty pocket. Very disappointing!
