Extremely poor customers service

I Have been trying to make a purchase from trouwnutrition ever since the 31st of August but there is always one reason or another why they cant help me . There technical stuff is either not there , or i need to create an account or i can only pay cash . I have visited the shop twice and both times there is new information provided , i have also had to pester some one just even to get order confirmed .
