Telling customers that their dogs are neglected and disrespectful!!

This place not even deserve 1 star! I had a recent incident where I brought my dog in for a wash (first time using their services). Bearing in mind that it's been 3 months since I've had my dog washed as he was recovering from bite wounds in his neck (vet said once healed, only then may he be groomed) and with him being a ****er Spaniel, I could not brush his ears. I called an Uber getting us there and the first thing this lady tells me is 'you're late!' not even a hi. They made me feel so horrible and taking my dog to the back, I felt the need to explain to the groomer that a few knots occurred in his ears and to cut it out if need be. Before I even got to finish my story, he interrupts me and says that the dog has been neglected and it's gonna take more time for him to groom, in a very moody tone. I was fuming, and went back to this lady, only to hear how I should listen to this groomer as he's been in the business for over 40 years blah blah, not giving my partner or myself a chance to even talk further. I expected an apology, I expected her to call him out. Instead she protected him. You cannot go around telling people that their dogs are being neglected especially knowing that I take the best care of my dog who's even on pet insurance and is groomed monthly! I am beyond angry and these people should be closed down!! I've been there a few times to purchase items and never once got great service. They do not deserve to be operating.
