Poor service

The people are rude and not helpful at all. I have booked with them for April 2020 - then lockdown happened. I rescheduled - and struggled for more than a month to get hold of them... just to find out the day before my booking that they are actually still closed. The do not answer emails. I requested a refund... which they promised they wouldmake in full R1700. Since I send them my banking details in November I have had no communication from them... not even acknowledgement of my email.... needless to say I am still waiting for them to refund me
