TROPICAL APPLIANCE/ACCESS APPLIANCE REPAIRS

I contacted them in Potchefstroom to fix a dishwasher that was only 2 years old. Rob came and said he fixed it and replaced a part costing R1650, plus 450 call out. However, this did not fix the problem and when I asked him to come out again he said he would but after phoning four or five times and either getting no answer or a promise he did not keep, I am stuck with a dishwasher that is not working and down R2000. I phoned head office but never got anyone to answer; I phoned the two other numbers and he answered each time - until he recognised my number. He insisted I pay by EFT before he left the house - this is absolute ***** since they did not fix the machine, despite saying that they have a six months guarantee. PLEASE never use them - they also go by the name of ACCESS APPLIANCE CC - this was the company I actually called because their website looked good, but it is the same person
