Poor service - don't ever use them

They replaced a unit on a freezer. A week later it stopped working. Tried to phone Ralph several times for the past two months - if he answers he makes promises to send someone the next day but nobody turns up. Each time he has a lame excuse (lies) and go as far as saying he is 10 minutes away, but nothing ever comes of it. The service is extremely poor and the owner - Ralph - is a ****.
