No show and promises on a job failure under warrantee

I had a wine cooler repaired by this co. It worked for three weeks and failed. When i phoned them to come back for a warrantee claim i was held by a string. Two weeks of phone calls and having arrangements of comming out and they just do not pitch. When you phone again the excuse is. " i was busy, can we arrange for tommorow". If you arrange for the next day same thing happen. I stopped phoning because it is fruitless. I did not even get one call back to make arrangement for another time. This is typically a matter of the quicker you can move on and forget about your broken apliance the better for yourself. They were quick when i phoned for the first time and very quick to take the callout fee in cash without giving a receipt. I am very dissapointed with the service and would like to warn future victims. The sole agents of the wine coolers recommended this firm for repairs and i think they should reconsider
