EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND NO COMMITMENT

<p>30th November 2016 I googled aircon repairs and the name Access Repairs came up. It looked reputable therefore I gave them a call to come and regas our aircon which they duly did. We paid before they left. However, a few days later th aircon was not working. I called them daily and Rob promised to come the next day. We are now in February and Rob's tomorrow is still coming. I have requested that they refund us and we will find someone who can fix the aircon. That has not happened either. I have had a total sense of humour failure, both the directors have spoken with him to no avail. We are now at the stage where he just does not answer our calls. In my opinion, this is theft. We just want a refund as we do not wish to deal with petty *********.</p>
