Absolutely appalling service! They hound you after a quote is sent and then once you have paid you wait a month just for the incorrect product to be delivered and then you're expected to just wait for them to fix it without any feedback from them till you call them! I am absolutely disgusted and would never ever recommend this company to anyone! Now after a month and a half I have demanded my money back and the man doesn't have the funds to give it back???? After all of this, I get promised last week that money will be refunded by Tuesday this week, now on Thursday this man puts his phone off and ignores my messages. What can I do??? I just want my money back!!! 😡😡😡
