Worst Service Delivery

Worst service Ever! It took 1 month just for a quotation on a service for my Treadmill.Now 3 months after many calls and still my Treadmill is not fixed. Technician took the motor of the Treadmill to the service department over a month and a half ago, every week when I phoned they were waiting for the parts.When I followed up yesterday no one even knew where the motor has disappeared to. So now I have a Treadmill with no motor and the lady I spoke to informed me for the first time yesterday, now my Treadmill is discontinued!! I want answers from someone other than a call center agent!! VJ***.
