TROJAN SA - POOR, POOR SERVICE

I bought a Trojan Elliptical in July '22. It has been repaired twice and when it again failed after the last repair, I requested Trojan to collect their product and refund me. Trojan indicated they could not collect an assembled unit and that it had to be dismantled and re-boxed for them to collect. After much toil and effort, the unit was repackaged, but now Trojan are walking away stating there is nothing wrong with the unit. Despite many emails, phone calls and promises, the matter remains unresolved. @ Trojan, honour your commitment, have your unit collected and refund my money
