TROJAN PATHETIC AFTERSALES SERVICE

I have an image 350 trojan trainer. The lcd is not working rendering the equipment useless. I have contacted trojan a number of times over the past 8 months with no resolve. Call gets logged and then tech never calls back. No follow up from Trojan whatsoever
