Trojan home gym terrible service.

I bought a Trojan spinning bike from Game this year February. The bike is defective and I have contacted Trojan, was told I will get a call from a service agent. Nobody called. I have tried on several other events and always told that someone will call me back. Very very frustrating and poor customer service.
