Trojan Disappointing product and service

Bought an elite gym 2.0 and when it arrived there was a defective part in the box, after me having to call multiple times i eventually got it sorted. Two months later the weld on the machine breaks causing a shoulder injury. i logged an email with no response and then had to call them only for them not to get back to me until i called again. The only thing more disappointing than their product is the service you receive from them. Would definitely not recommend to anyone
