Trojan Cardio 450 Treadmill

We have two Trojan Cardio 450 treadmills, which needed to be repaired, but when phoning the Trojan customer service line, they told us that they do not make the parts to repair this model anymore. We are now stuck with two treadmills we can’t use and assuming the rest of their customers with these models will also be in the same situation. They offered us discount if we wanted to “buy a new treadmill”, we were considering buying the Trojan TR500 and the only discount after all the trouble was a mere R700. We are absolutely appalled by the complete lack of after sales service to machines that they sold to the public and then discontinue spares for.
