No service and unreliable equipment

I had an issue with my Trojan spinning bike. I called them and advised that the pedals were making a noise and the there was a smell like something is getting burnt. They sent a technician out and I paid the call out fee. The next day when I tried working out, the pedals where still making a noise. I sent the consultant Sipho Chinga an email advising him of this. Though he did not respond to my email but I got an sms saying that a fault has been logged and I would be receiving as call from the technician. The email was sent on the 11th of Jan, it's the 22nd of Jan and I'm still sitting with the same problem.
