Lack of service and care

I had my Image 350 machine "repaired" a few months ago. Since the "repair" I have had numerous issues with the unit. The speed, distance and calorie display and count no longer works, the metal plate to measure the heart beat is lose and now I see that the *****s for the machine have been stripped and I can not tighten them.

Along with these issues there are also issues with the invoice. I have been charged for things that did not occur.

I am not happy with the service I have received and the repair of the machine. The machine has been returned with more problems that it left with. The company refuses point blank to work with us.

I have always loved using this unit but I am completely horrified at the lack of service and care I have received from Trojan.

NO NOT buy their products if you expect after sales services as you WILL NOT receive any.
