Home gym cable

I am appalled by the service that I received from Trojan consultants. I have a home gym which needs a cable replaced, I called in and spoke to a guy by the name of Owen on the 15th, Owen informed me that i would receive feedback within 48 working hours. I got an sms telling me that the "job is cancelled"on the 24th. Therefore i called in to find out what this meant as I have not received feedback, I spoke to a lady by the name of Nomathemba/ Thembisile who informed me that I would be called back. This didn't happen, therefore I called back yesterday and I was told the same thing. I have been waiting since, this therefore means that we are not able to use this costly home gym as the company we have been fiercely supporting for the past 10 years does not care about its consumers after a sale has been made. I am questioning why i should continue encouraging my company to buy from them if they treat their customers this way.
