DO NOT BUY TROJAN EQUIPMENT

DO NOT BUY TROJAN EQUIPMENT because if you have issues with the equipment they will not be able to assist. I have Trojan treadmill and I was having an issue with the treadmill sticking when I use it. I log a case with Trojan customer care in mid Feb 22 ref: CAS-959-FT2G3I. I am initially asked for additional info which I provide. A week goes by, no response. I phone Trojan customer care and I am told to provide the details again. Another week goes by and still no response, I phone the customer care and I am told my case has been closed as they do not have parts to fix it. So Trojan customer care will close your case without informing you and leave you hanging.
