5 months later treadmill not working

I bought a trojan treadmill on the 5th of December 2023, it has not worked since then. Trojan technician has been to my house to repair it three times, still not working, that 5 months later. Trojan is refusing to replace or refund me.

Good brand is destroyed by bad management.
