Unreliable and terrible service

Terrible service and staff do not communicate with each other. After hardware invoices being paid, 2 months of back and forth, with 5 visits to my home, they still have not been able to set up my alarm system. The company has wasted so much of my time to still be left nowhere. I keep asking them to not debit my account for an armed response service that is rendered useless without a functional alarm being installed, which goes onto deaf ears and I keep having to ask them to refund me.
