Lack of Credibility

<p> An incident occurred when I was out for two hours. The alarm was triggered by my dog because of fireworks on Saturday a night BEFORE Diwali, (when can one assume it is safe to go out and leave the animals). NEVER. When the siren went off continually my neighbour jumped the electric fence and demolished the siren and cut the cord but it was the Telkom cord. Trojan security looked over my gate wall and saw the it was a white man doing the damage and said nothing. They could not contact me as I was in the theatre with the cellphone on silent. The security man left it at that. When I came home in the dark I was faced with a doorstep covered with blood, the smashed alarm siren and the cut telephone. No warning or explaining security man to soften the blow,</p> <p>Then on Monday I phone for a report to Trojan head office. They hedge around the problem, say they will come back to me after they have spoken to the man who was on duty. Guess what, it is treated as a storm in a teacup. No one has come back to me and no apology. </p>
