Low quality bond house in Fernhill Umtata

I moved into my new home built by this company in Fernhill, Umtata a few months ago. I am so disappointed at the quality of their work. They are using materials of very poor quality and they do not inspect their work properly. The first night I spent here I was welcomed by an unworking door lock inot one of the bedrooms. It was always one wrong thing or another everyday. From broken door locks,broken door,loose kitchen taps, leaking kitchen sink and to top it all, a loose electric wall socket putting my and my children's lives in danger. When I call them to complain they keep promising to send someone to come and fix these but it does not happen. I am so tired of this. I am not enjoying my new home at all. My house in the rural areas which was built by an uneducated rural man is of much higher quality than this one. I am really disappointed.
