Big promises which are never fullfilled

This company issued a warrantee which is not worth the paper it is written on. 8 CCTV cameras have been installed by this company with the explicit requirement that this cameras can be logged into on internet.<br> This never worked and the fault have been put by RTL onto the internet service provider which is incorrect.<br> Since over 1 year now the CCTV cameras cannot be accessed on internet and daily promises are received by TRL to get the fault rectified which do not materialize.
