Lying and unprofessional assessor for insurance related claims

You better hope they are not the assigned assessors on a home or building claim you submit to your insurance company. They will lie and provide false information to support reason to reject a claim. (Surely it is easier money to get paid by an insurance company to do the assessment and getting paid for giving a reason to reject a claim albeit false, than to do the actual job of fixing the damage). Was not interested in even looking what goes on beneath the wooden floor damaged by water damp and mould, reported that the concrete was not levelled (wooden floors have no concrete underneath), had to come out a 2nd time after we asked to please make the effort of looking beneath, then ignored soaking wet (waterproofed) shutterboard, soaking wet (waterproofed) beams and reported "deterioration of the beams over time". Completely false and a lie. What is going on in the insurance industry? Must be the easiest money in the world to make - clients paying premiums of over R1000 for building insurance per month and rejecting really important and legitimate claims left right and centre. Basically getting paid to do nothing for at least 20 years of a home loan bond.
