Car for R115000.00 the balance is R20200.00 Its more than 1year 6 months paying

I bought a car last year a polo tsi they didn't tell me that it was involved in an accident but the price said a lot the car was R115000.00 then Absa financed me today Absa send me my statement I didn't believe what I saw my balance is R20200.00 its been 1 year and six months paying that car and my installment is R3600. I tried to download the papers that I filled the time I was applying for car financing they want password that I didn't put. Am looking for help where can I report this
