Triumph Taps expensive for nothing

<p>I bought triumph tap for my kitchen basin, for +R2000. R1500 more premium than the normal taps. Everything I open the tap, I get showered upon. I went to builders who I bought it from and complained. They are still getting back to me 6 months later. I'm appalled, who ever said premium is better. </p>
